Our most popular tour from Bucharest, you can see, do, and feel so much of Romania in just one day! For many years, Transylvania was a mysterious land where strange legends were born and intriguing characters were created. Thanks to this trip, you will have the chance to discover a small part of this land. In only one day you will visit two impressive and very different castles – Peles Castle and Bran Dracula Castle – and the charming medieval city of Brasov, probably one of the most beautiful ones in our country. If we add the possibility to admire extraordinary views over the Carpathian mountains and to enjoy a delicious traditional lunch, the experience becomes complete and unique.
What you will be doing
Drive to the mountains and visit Sinaia, the 'Pearl of the Carpathians,' exploring Peles Castle and learning about Romania's royal history.
Continue into Transylvania to visit Bran Castle, famous for its connection to the Dracula legend.
Travel through charming villages with traditional architecture on the way to Brasov.
Explore the Council Square and the Black Church, learning about the Saxon settlers and Transylvania's medieval history.
Head back to Wallachia and arrive in Bucharest in the evening.

Peles Castle is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays from September to March. For the rest of the year, Peles Castle is closed only on Mondays. On these days, we will visit Cantacuzino Castle in Busteni.
During the official holidays and weekends, the traffic to the mountain area might be busier than usual, so the return could be later than scheduled (around 9 – 10 pm).
During the summer (May-September), the second stop will be in Brasov, and the last one will be in Bran.
