Overview
When it comes to French pâtisserie, most of us would agree that macarons are in a league of their own. This French macaron class combines technique and precision in creating perfect Italian meringue "cookies", filled with innovative fillings to give a sweet and delicate result! In this Macaron making class, you will learn how to prepare from start to finish 4 flavours of macaron to delight your taste buds. You will learn the importance of macaronage and how it will affect the results. In this class, we use the Italian Meringue which is a more stable method for making delectable macaron and is used by most pastry chefs including Chef Pierre Hermé. Macarons are naturally gluten-free. Made with almond flour, you can enjoy this guilt-free and safely.
