Overview
This hiking tour is a guided day tour on the island's third-highest mountain, which is covered by a dense forest. Most visitors are not aware of this other, greener side of the island. As you climb, you will enjoy magnificent views of the Aegean Sea, the coastline of Turkey and some of the nearby islands. Even more experienced hikers will enjoy this unique hiking tour combining stunning views, exercise, fresh air and history. The trail is well-maintained and suitable for children and new hikers.

🗺️ Instructions: The Hiking Tour Profitis Ilias Mountain begins in Salakos, a quaint agricultural village, located on the foothills of the mountain but also fairly close to the sea. Pick-up service is available for Kremasti, Paradeisi, Ialysos, Ixia, Rhodes Town, Kallithea, Faliraki, Afantou, Kolymbia, Haraki, Lindos, Pefkoi, Kiotari and any location in between the above-mentioned areas. You can choose pick-up as an add-on at checkout. We will confirm pick up time the day before.

Wear hiking shoes (boots are not necessary), long hiking trousers
Bring a spare T-shirt, windproof jacket, and sun protection (hats, sunblock)
