Overview
Imagine going to a French market with a professional chef as your guide, choosing whatever fresh ingredients you would like to eat, and then, with the expert attention of your instructor, creating a delicious 4-course menu, based on what you've selected together! Your class begins as it should, at the market, with your learning how to select top-quality seasonal products and discover places where typical Parisians do their daily shopping. Du marché à la table . . . From Market to Table. After the visit to our local market, a 5-minute walk and you are at our school. You will find yourself in our beautiful kitchen atelier, all setup and ready for your lesson, with aprons, chopping boards, and chef's knives. Under the chef's guidance, you will prepare from scratch a starter, main course, and dessert. Don't be stressed - we totally understand you may not spend as much time in the kitchen as we do so we will be happy to teach you everything. Whether you are a culinary novice or a kitchen pro - you can't ask for a better beginning of your culinary adventure! Your hard work will be rewarded with a delectable French lunch, served fine-dining restaurant-style, and accompanied by an exquisite selection of cheeses and great French wine. While enjoying the food, you will still be able to ask our chef any of your lingering questions. We believe that there is no better way to discover a country's culture than through its food, so why not take this great opportunity?
