What you will be doing
This cooking class is located on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, nestled in a charming panoramic farmhouse. In this class, you'll learn how to make three delicious and authentic Italian dishes that are beloved by locals and visitors alike: Tiramisu, local fresh Mozzarella, and a pasta dish of your choice between Tagliatelle and Gnocchi
You'll learn how to expertly layer the creamy mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and espresso-soaked ladyfingers to create a rich and indulgent dessert that will impress your friends and family!
Next up, you'll discover the secrets behind the famed local mozzarella. Our chef will show you how to make this classic Italian cheese from scratch, using only the freshest milk and traditional techniques. You'll be amazed by the difference in taste between store-bought mozzarella and the real thing!
Finally, you'll get to choose between two traditional pasta dishes: tagliatelle or gnocchi. Our chef will guide you through the process of making the perfect pasta dough and shaping it into your preferred style.
